The Role:

The main objective of the role is to facilitate the successful delivery of projects to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a relationship with the client’s key staff and ensuring all projects for the client are on time, to the correct quality and are profitable.

The role will best suit an individual with prior experience in a similar role within the shop fitting/architectural/commercial building industry, or someone with prior experience within a project management role in a retail environment. The successful applicant will be one who is able to manage a large workload, handle high pressure situations as well as having strong decision making and negotiation skills.

 

Key duties:

  • Reviewing: architecture, mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic drawings, 3D renders finishes and equipment
  • Inspect client sites and ensure the projects are run according to budget and time constraints
  • Measure and order required materials and resources for individual projects
  • Ensure pricing and budgets are met along with reviewing all invoices received
  • Liaise with staff, clients and contractors
  • Ensure OH&SE requirements are met and followed as well as conducting inductions
  • Problem solve for any unforeseen site issues and manage client enquiries
